Barb's comment on my last rant made me chuckle.. Don't let me scare you hon - I'm positive you'll be somewhere between me and Kelly on the productivity scale! I never got much done even before Lilly was born, so why would that change for the better? :) I still haven't learned to multitask at home nearly as well as I need to. I did, however, get a few things done that day... our Christmas tree now has lights (but no ornaments).. i made a ton of soup.. the curtains are a lil bit closer to finished.. some of the gifts are wrapped.. photo album is organized.. Lilly is still well fed and clean.. and the dogs, cat, hubby and I are fed. I'll count that as a success! Besides.. that list was my running To Do list. A list of stuff that needs to be done sometime in the near future, not necessarily today :) I suppose I should install that blind now and get it off the damn list! It's just too damn cold today to do the grocery shopping with the lil one in tow, so I think it's going to be all about laundry/BF'ing/diapers/wrapping presents/blinds/cooking dinner. Fun times, eh?
mental note: add to To Do List - vacuum, pay cell bill, pick up Lilly's Christmas pictures, do dishes, order BIL's gift, upload a TON of baby pics, and bring Lilly to Albany IVF to rub it in the RE's nose that he was SO wrong about our chances. The list never disappears!

If you got that much on your to do list done, I say you are good to go! Lists can come later on once she is over 6 months and a schedule is firmly established. They say the first 6 months is just about surviving, and I totally agree with that!!!
ok Kelly...that was a GOOD day :)
but yeah, i know i can't plan on getting anything done - what matters is keeping Lilly fed, clean, and happy!
